Returns + Refunds
Our Returns Policy:
If you are not happy with the way your product arrived, there is a problem with your order, or the item is just unwanted you can return items back us within 28 days of receiving the order. Any item can be returned to us under our 28 day returns policy, as long as the item is unused and in its original box, for a full refund or exchange.
Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, we aim to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. Please contact us as soon as you receive the faulty item and tell us exactly what the fault is and we will advise you what to do next.
Please package all items securely and include your order number, name and postal address. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage when sending any items back to us, without this we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process a refund should your item get lost in transit.
Postage will not be refunded on goods returned which are not faulty

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged, unless specified prior to return, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Item not received?
Please accept our apologies if you have not received your item.
To receive a refund or replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 10 working days from the date your order was placed and confirmation was received.
We will ship a new order to you should the original one not reach you.
